Instead ofthesun's growingcolderand darker,it
istobeevenbrighterinthepromiseddays of God.
The moon is notto lose its light,but to shine far
brighterwhenthesuntakesonitssevenfoldradiance,
in thedaysof restitution. "The light ofthe moon
shallbeasthelightofthesun, andthelightofthe
sunshallbe sevenfold,asthelight ofsevendays,in
the daythattheLordbindethupthebreach ofHis
people,andhealeththestrokeoftheirwound." Isa.
30 :26.
Thusinvariouswaysand in numerous placeshas
God revealed, in clear and unmistakable language,
the futureoftheuniverse. Scientificspeculation,by
thelittledataithasgathered,certainlyhasmisreadthe
truth. Ithasmisreadthetruthbecauseitlackssome
essential factor facts. But God'sWorddiscernsall
facts, andhasgivenusthetruthwhichconformsto
thefacts. Letusnotbetroubledbythespeculations
ofmenwhilethere islefttoustheimmutableWord
of God. No true science opposes that Word; for
God'sWordisscience.
