alsotothegarnishedheavens,mentionedintheverses
preceding. Though westudy theexpanded heavens
as wemay;gather factsso manyas wecan; getas
largeaconceptionofspace aspossible;yet,studying
andtoilingtotheextentofourability,weshallnever
getbeyondthisverse. Itwillnevergrowold. Human
minds will never frameinbetter words thetruth it
contains. Human minds will never, either here or
hereafter, find allthe depths of its meaning. It is
aninfinite truth.
True, it doesnot say thatthe earthis notinthe
centeroftheuniverse. Butittellsfarmorethanthat;
forthoughitdoesnotsay where theearthisnot,it
doesdefinejustwheretheearthis,—ontheoutskirts.
