Tian Yezhuang is a professor at the School of Management of Harbin Institute of
Technology and the director of the Department of Business Administration. He special-
izes in human resource management, organizational theory, and manufacturing strategy.
Professor Tian focuses on the postgraduate program and the MBA program where he
teaches human resource management and management innovation. He is the author of
over 30 journal articles, book chapters, and international conference proceedings on
organizational theory. He holds a BA in psychology sciences from Hangzhou University,
and an MS in management engineering and a PhD in management from Harbin Institute
of Technology.


Khaled Wahba is an assistant professor in the Department of Systems and Biomedical
Engineering at Cairo University. Dr. Wahba is also the academic adviser at the Regional
IT Institute (RITI) in Cairo. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Department
of Systems and Biomedical Engineering at Cairo University in 1985. He continued on to
a master-level program in the same department from which he received his MSc in 1989.
Dr. Wahba later studied at Aachen University of Technology in Germany where he
received his PhD in 1996. Wahba’s fields of interest are system/business dynamics, Web-
based applications, information systems, distance education, e-learning, simulation and
modeling, control of dynamic systems, and knowledge management. Dr. Wahba has
supervised more than 150 theses in business administration, computer science, and
business information technology, as well as more than 20 senior projects in systems and
biomedical engineering. Dr. Wahba is an active member in various associations including
the Information Resources Management Association (IRMA) since June 1999 and the
Systems Dynamic Society since June 2001 where he also acts as president of its Egypt
chapter. He has participated in various conferences and workshops in the fields of
system dynamics, software engineering, biomedical engineering, information technol-
ogy and knowledge management, entrepreneurship, and distance education among
others.


Colin White is systems analyst at Deloitte Consulting. His consulting practices focus
on ERP implementations, specifically those involving SAP applications. Prior to his work
at Deloitte, Mr. White was an Information Technology Application Specialist for the
State of Washington. Notable projects involved project management, systems integra-
tion, and knowledge management. Mr. White has a bachelor’s degree (Honors) in
management information systems and electronic commerce from Washington State
University in Pullman, Washington.


Zhang Li is an associate professor of business administration at the School of Manage-
ment of Harbin Institute of Technology. She specializes in knowledge management,
organizational memory, organizational learning, organizational communication, and
manufacturing strategy. Professor Zhang focuses on the graduate program and the MBA
program for which she teaches management, management communication, and knowl-
edge management. She is the author of over 10 journal articles, book chapters, and
international conference proceedings on knowledge management. She also conducts
some research on knowledge management in manufacturing enterprises in China.
