I call for the amplification and the intensification of the
ten thousand suns of the God of Gold to penetrate the econo-
mies of the nations, to bring forth order, to establish justice, and
to reestablish the golden-age teachings of the balance of the
cosmic threefold flame in hearts appointed to rule. I decree that
the decimal system of the divine standard shall prevail, and I
pray for the healing of the nations and for the passing of the test
of the ten by the nations and economies of the world.
