SALMON ROE AND CUCUMBER ROUNDS


Time in the Kitchen: 10 minutes

Servings: 15-20 pieces (macronutrient profile based on serving size of 5 pieces)

2 ounces salmon roe

1-2 cucumbers, sliced into rounds

1 avocado, cut into small chunks

1 sheet of nori, cut into small squares

A colorful combination of complementary flavors with no actual cooking required. Just assemble the ingredients into a delicious bite-sized
appetizer.
Lay cucumber rounds on serving platter. Set a square of nori on each cucumber slice and top with avocado and salmon roe.
