SAVORY SMOOTHIE


Time in the Kitchen: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

1 tomato

1 handful of greens (try watercress, spinach or kale)

½ avocado

1 teaspoon hot sauce or more to taste

a few ice cubes

This smoothie is like a salad in a glass. For those mornings when you don't have time to sit down and eat, blend everything together and away you
go!
Mix everything in a blender until smooth.

Quick & Easy Tip:

Saving half an avocado for later? To keep the beautiful green color from turning an unappetizing brown, take out the pit and rub olive oil on the
surface, then pour a little oil in a bowl. Set the avocado face down in the bowl and refrigerate.
