Step 4: Choose Advanced from the menu on the left-hand side. (It’s below Description.) Next, click Save and
save an .xmp fi le containing all of this copyright notice data, using whatever name you prefer. Click OK on
the File Info box.
Having to do this for each and every image fi le that you create
would be tedious, so the best approach would be to create a
Photoshop Action that would automate the entire process. This
process then can be applied to an entire folder of image fi les.
That way, you will have to go through the process only once.
The next time you want to embed copyright information into an
image fi le, just click the function key you’ve chosen, or click on
the newly created button (when you’re back in Button mode) in
the Actions Palette, and it’s done.
