Let's say that the next goal is to earn $1,000 a
week. You would read that goal onto the tape in its
present tense, "I earn $1,000 a week" then you leave a
gap of forty-five seconds with no words on it. During
the blank period on the tape you visualize yourself
earning $1,000 a week. You use the words as a cue for
the pictures. When you are visualizing the fact that
you are earning $1,000 a week you must actually' see'

service that you intend to give in return for the
money. As well as ' seeing' you should add the

effort you are prepared to spend on creating mental
pictures for your right computer. When you visualize
your debts being paid, don't forget to 'see' the bills
with PAID stamped right across them. Also' see'
yourself going into the bank or store and getting bills
receipted. Use your imagination, put in detail hear
the clerk "thank you" for the money, 'see' the money
coming into your possession that allows you to pay
the bills, actually feel the immense relief that all your
