seen many mistakes made and I would like to enlighten
you.

I have seen seminar leaders build huge fires piled
high with railway sleepers, that took all afternoon to
bum through. By the time the evening came around the
fire had burned down and left an enormous pile of
glowing red hot embers. These were raked out and
spread into a bed about twenty feet long and nine
inches deep. I'm talking about incredible heat
emanating from this massive pile of ashes and I saw
many people walk through this and everyone of them
got burnt. Sheer stupidity. Nothing to do with mind
programmmg.

First, the fire was far too hot, particularly for a first
firewalk.

Secondly, the program inserted into these peoples'
biocomputers was far from correct. No wonder so many
people went away hobbling! I hope you never have the
misfortune of experiencing such a seminar!

Make sure you do the fire walk with someone who
knows what they are doing. In my experience the fire
should be made of barbecue coals and the bed should
not be all that long or all that deep. I have walked very
hot fires and very long fires, but I really don't advise it
first time around. You get exactly the same 'high' no
matter what fire you walk.

The program you should insert into your
biocomputer should be one where you have actually
'seen' yourself walk across red hot coals. It helps if you
can give yourself a visual reference of having done it
before. If you can' see' it, you can do it! Input equals
output!

It also helps if you put yourself into the success
mode. You do that by accessing the feelings and
emotions that you had when you did things that you
felt particularly successful about. If you can put yourself
