MODIFIED BITUMEN MEMBRANE ROOFING (SBS)

C. The Contractor shall provide to the Owner a notarized written warranty assuring that all

roofing work including caulking, flashing, and sheet metal to be watertight for a period of two

years from the date of final acceptance of the work. Warranty shall include all materials and

workmanship required to repair any leaks that develop as a result of the work.

4) Flashing Membrane: Veral Aluminum

c. Product Performance Minimums: Roof systems must equal or exceed all

performance minimums and maximums listed for all products and

performance characteristics.
