See below for a sample buildout of an acceptable telecommunications room design. It is expected of the design
consultant to produce an enlarged floor plan view, ceiling plan view, elevations and multiple telecommunications
details to convey all necessary information to the bidding contractors.

It is understood that the above buildout may not always be available for each project and that existing
conditions can create certain constraints. However, a best effort must be made to obtain proper floor space
for all the above scheduled equipment. Any deviations from the footprint above shall require HCIS to
approve and sign off on the design before sending documents to bidding contractors.
