Note: You can design these circuits using the 6-step design, K-map, and SSI gates.
Notes:
EI is the output-enable input and should be set to “L” for normal operation.
Remember that:
“L” is the same as “0”, Gnd or 0 volts.
“H” is the same as “1”, Vcc or +5 volts.
“X” means don’t care, it can be high or low.
