It’s all about the mid-century glamour, says Stephen Ferns

- On business
in sun-kissed Los
Angeles, his old fashioned
ordered at the hotel bar, Don
Draper has caught the eye of
the idle rich. A coterie of
itinerant, minor European
nobility are intrigued by
Draper; and he likewise — not
