    7. Using your thigh muscles, adjust your right
    kneecap so that it is pointing exactly the same
    way as the toes.
    8. Slightly lift the right outer ankle when you turn
    the right thigh more outwards.
    9. Relax slightly from the full extension of the right
    knee; continue refining the alignment of the
    kneecap for 3–5 breaths.
    10. Turn back to the center; bring your feet
    parallel.
    11. Repeat points 4–10 for the left side.
    12. Bring your feet together and stay calm for a few
    breaths.
