The basic exercises


  1. Basic exercises for the feet

  2. Perform points 3 and 4 3–5 times, then bring
    both feet to the starting position.

  3. Shift about two-thirds of your weight to the
    right foot.

  4. Spread and lift your left toes.

  5. Grasp the floor with the left toes so that you
    pull your left foot forward.

  6. Perform points 7 and 8 3–5 times.

  7. Stand equally on both feet.

  8. Spread and lift all toes; grasp the floor with the
    toes of both feet simultaneously and pull the
    whole body forwards.

  9. Perform points 10 and 11 5–10 times.

  10. To finish stand on both feet for a few breaths
    and feel the contact of your feet with the
    floor.
