The basic exercises
- Basic exercises for the feet
- Perform points 3 and 4 3–5 times, then bring
both feet to the starting position. - Shift about two-thirds of your weight to the
right foot. - Spread and lift your left toes.
- Grasp the floor with the left toes so that you
pull your left foot forward. - Perform points 7 and 8 3–5 times.
- Stand equally on both feet.
- Spread and lift all toes; grasp the floor with the
toes of both feet simultaneously and pull the
whole body forwards. - Perform points 10 and 11 5–10 times.
- To finish stand on both feet for a few breaths
and feel the contact of your feet with the
floor.
