Everyone in the world has this PM inspection for hydraulic systems. Inspect hydraulic hoses for wear and hose fittings for leaks.

▪ Will the 5-year veteran return the same information twice in a row?

D is emergent work today, B&C are future work... later this week, next week,
order hoses, have them made up and ready for install.

For D, add a note to fix it. It cannot be charged to the PM.

Add 4 photographs. 1 of each one.

Avoid words like Test, Inspect, Check

Summary:

makes the inspection repeatable.

D... if you can fix it in less than 15 minutes, fix it and charge it to the PM

Be consistent – is coupling a component or a part. Is it part of the driver? A

separate component?

▪ The opportunity for the inspector to write in the # of occurrences

makes it quantitative.
