The reflex points in the entire length of the spine, on both sides,
relieve and make corrections directly in front, directly through the
body. The best way to do this is to "walk" with the thumbs up and
down the sides of the spine. (No. 51).

Using the knees as fulcrum points over which back, pull the
shoulders back and around with both hands. Use one knee at a time
and then both knees. Place the knees in many places up and down
the sides of the spine and across it. This exercise relaxes and loosens
the spine and muscles for better movement and flexibility.
To complete the procedure, moderately massage the shoulders, upper
and neck with a rolling and kneading action.
