For arm pains, work the same area of the legs on the same side. The
same is true of the elbows and knees and all other parts in the legs
and arms. For pain in the feet, work on the corresponding part of the
hand on the same side. There is one exception, however, in this
principle. For a pain in the hand, go to the reflexes directly above the
elbow, both front and back. Reflexes directly below the elbow go to
the upper arm and shoulder. Reflexes directly above the knee caps
go downward to the feet and ankles. Reflexes directly below the
knee cap go to the upper part of the legs and hips.
Second Dimension
The Second Dimension is straight across. The entire half of
either side is a complete reflex to the corresponding opposite side.
Example: Pain in one ankle may be relieved by the reflexes in the
opposite ankle. One knee relieves pain in the other knee. So it is for
the legs, hips, back, shoulders, arms, hands, and head.
Third Dimension
The Third Dimension covers the entire body from the front to
the back and reverse. Example: Headaches in the front of the head
may be relieved by working on the reflex points on the back of the
head and vice versa. Body pains in front are relieved by going to the
exact spot in back. The same method for pains in the back.
Fourth Dimension
There is but one body and but one spirit. We are all an
extension, or expression, of the Divine. We are all connected
together with cords visible only through the spiritual sight. What
affects one, affects the whole world and all its people. What we do to
ourselves, we do to others. What we do to others, we do to ourselves.
