the hand the distance of approximately one inch takes in the reflexes
of the entire spine. The reflex closest to the thumb is the atlas or top
of the spine, while the reflex by the wrist is the tail bone. Pain in any
part of the spine may be relieved by applying reflex action to the
corresponding point. Similarly with the feet, on the inner edge of the
arch close to the bunion joint are found the reflexes to the top of the
spine, and at the opposite end of the arch is the tail bone. (No. 5) The
right hand and foot control the right side of the spine and the left
hand and foot control the left side.
