Endings
People leave and that’s a given
Nothing is going to last
Some in hell and some in heaven
Some of them live in the past
I got used to moving on
Almost never stop to see
If I’m still moving alone
Or if I had some company
Always scared to look behind
Careful not to feel emotions
If I do, what will I find?
Such a terrifying notion
I don’t let my tears subside
Almost like my tears will kill me
I bottle them up inside
Knowing they one day will fill me
If they leave, they're dead and gone
If they stay, one day they'll leave
No matter which terms we're on
It will always end in grief
