seated on a mushroom head, balancing a frog on his plump leg, his body
twisting leaning on a turtle, holding in one hand a nautilus shell, the tripod
figural base with graceful swans, the frog and turtles fitted with apertures.

floral garland sash, her hair powdered, reserved
against a blue atmospheric sky with trees in the
background foliage, signed “Rocize” vertically in lower
right corner of the plaque, mounted in an Empire style
gilt bronze frame with a ribbon tied trophy and purple
velvet ground border, stamped B. Altman & Co.
