ineveryaspectofhisorherlife.IfIslamisareligionwhichistostaytill
theendoftime,thentheremustalwaysbesomepeoplewhocanguide
the Muslimsin the changingcircumstances of timeandof place.After
theProphetofIslam,themostidealpersonstoguidetheMuslimswere
theImamsofAhlu’l-bayt.However,thePresentImam,Muhammadal-
Mahdi(a.s.)hasgoneintotheOcculationandwillre-appearwhenAllāh
wisheshimtoappear.Sowhat istobe doneinthe meantime?Arethe
Shi‘astosuspendthesharī‘a?No,ofcoursenot!Islamisthereligionfor
