The Difference Between Creator & Maker

extracted, smelted and forged and made into the finished products.

Clearly, then, the makers did not create what they made; they only
changedtheformofthematerials.Forthisreason,theyarenotperman-
ently aware of their artifacts, and one cannot, therefore, properly call
themcreators.If,insomecasestheyhavetobecalledcreators,theyhave
only been called so figuratively, not literally.

ButGod,Whohasgivenexistenceto allthings,isalways awareand
knowledgeableoftheiractions,becauseHeistherealandtrueCreator.
The Qur'ān says,“Shall He not know who created?”(67:14)

Nowwe haveunderstoodthat we ourselvesand allthe creaturesof
this world are not separated from the glorified presence of God.
Whereverwe are andtowhatever landwe travel,in the depthsof the
oceans,intheouterreachesofspace,inthenarrowplacesofthevalleys,
we arenot hiddenfrom Him.He sees thesmallestof ourgoodorbad
deeds, and will reward and punish accordingly.
