From the early stagesof history, manhas been putting forwardmany
ideas for the improvement of human society. But to this day, he has
failedtopresentaplanwhichwouldsatisfyallrequirementsofhuman
nature.Thisisduetothefinitenatureofourknowledgeaboutthemater-
ial as well as the spiritual world.
Even whenmanhasput forwardagood idea,thereisno guarantee
that it will be implemented properly. On the individual level, for ex-
ample,manyintelligentandknowledgeablepeopleknowtheharmofal-
coholism,gamblingandcrime,butneverthelesstheyfallvictimstosuch
practices.Onthesocialandcollectivelevel,wehavetheexampleofthe
UnitedNationsOrganizationwithover 150 membercountries.Butitisa
weak world body whose resolutions generally remain merely in the
minutesandonlyonpaper.Thisshows clearlythathumanintelligence
and knowledge are no guarantee for action.
