1 tablespoon whole cloves


½ teaspoon fennel seeds


2 tablespoons whole green cardamom
pods


3 black cardamom pods


2 tablespoons ground ginger


1 teaspoon turmeric powder



  1. Put all the ingredients in a spice
    grinder or in the dry jug of a powerful
    blender, such as a Vitamix. Process to a
    fine powder. Sift after grinding to get a
    finer powder. Store in an airtight
    container in a cool, dry place for up to 6
    months.
