Cooking Tip: Having this stock on hand
will make cooking incredibly easy. All
of your basic North Indian ingredients
have already been cooked and mixed.
Now all you have to do is add your
veggies, lentils or beans, spices, and
salt. The possible uses are endless, but
the most basic is: In a deep, heavy pan,
heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high
