  1. Soak almonds in enough water to
    cover them overnight.

  2. In the morning, rinse well and either
    eat with the skin on or peel them and eat
    them. They are also great added to
    smoothies for a little protein boost. I
    often keep soaked almonds in my car and
    reach for them as a snack versus less
    healthy options.
