2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, trimmed and
finely chopped


1 cup (237 mL) water


1 teaspoon coarse sea salt



  1. In a food processor, blend the flour
    and spinach. This will become a
    crumbly mixture.

  2. Add the water and salt. Process until
    the dough becomes a sticky ball. If you
    don’t have a food processor, you can
    mix the dough in a bowl by hand. I just
    find that my kids prefer the spinach
    mixed through the dough completely to
    make a green parantha. If you do it by
    hand, the spinach won’t blend in as
    completely, but it will still taste
