- In a deep bowl, mix the flour and
water until smooth. I like to start off with
a whisk and then use the back of a spoon
to break down the small clumps of flour
that normally form. - Let the mixture sit for at least 20
minutes. - Add the remaining ingredients, except
the oil, and mix well. - Heat a griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add ½ teaspoon of oil and spread it
over the griddle with the back of a spoon
or a paper towel. You can also use a
cooking spray to evenly coat the pan. - With a ladle, pour ¼ cup (59 mL) of
the batter into the center of the pan. With
