with a side of coconut chutney, or
layered with spiced jeera or lemon
potatoes. You can simply serve it with
Indian pickle (achaar) as well.


Try This! Mix up the veggies as much as
you want. Anything from tomatoes, to
bell peppers, to grated ginger root and
chopped fresh cilantro will work. The
possibilities are endless.


Note: Use regular cream of wheat, not
the fast-cooking kind.
