- In a deep bowl, mix together the
Chickpea Poppers, onion, tomato, lemon
juice, cilantro, chiles, sea salt, black
salt, red chile powder, and Chaat
Masala. - Divide the mixture among individual
serving bowls. - Top each bowl with a tablespoon
each of Mint and Tamarind–Date
Chutneys and Soy Yogurt Raita. Serve
immediately.
