2 cups plain unsweetened soy milk
¼ cup (59 mL) Adarak Masala (see
recipe on page 64)
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
½ teaspoon red chile powder or cayenne
1–3 green Thai, serrano, or cayenne
chiles, stems removed, chopped
½ cup (119 mL) water (optional)
¼ cup (4 g) chopped, fresh cilantro
- In a pot over medium-high heat, bring
the soy milk to a light boil. - Add the Adarak Masala, salt, red
chile powder, green chiles, and water (if
using). Bring to a boil, add cilantro, and
serve with thick roti or naan.
