Making this dish with soy yogurt
seemed impossible. I was desperate to
try it, because it’s one of my favorite
meals—especially for lunch on the
weekend. Every family has its own
version of this dish. It took me a couple
of tries, but I finally did it! I absolutely
love this recipe and I make it over and
over now for my family.
