- Add the salt, garam masala,
coriander, and red chile powder. Cook
for 2 minutes. - Turn the heat to low, partially cover
the pan, and cook for another 10 minutes. - Turn the heat off, cover the pan
completely, and let it sit for 5 minutes so
that all the flavors have a chance to
really blend. Garnish with the cilantro
and serve with roti or naan.
