Brussels sprouts are not commonly
found on the Indian dinner table, but
we love them in our house. I had a bag
in my fridge from my weekly organic
veggie delivery from my favorite
Chicago home-delivery service, Irv and
Shelly’s Fresh Picks. I decided to try
making a curry out of them and was
pleasantly surprised. They not only
held up in terms of texture, they were
amazingly delicious—my kids literally
gobbled them up.
