- Add the tomatoes. Keep stirring
occasionally and mashing the mixture
with the back of a spoon. Cook for 3
minutes. - Add the water.
- Add the ground crumbles, ground
cumin, coriander, salt, garam masala,
red chile powder, and black pepper.
Reduce the heat to low or medium-low
and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. - Add the peas. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with the cilantro and serve
with brown or white basmati rice.
