MARINATED SEITAN:
1 cup (237 mL) plain, unsweetened soy
yogurt Juice of 1 medium lemon
1 (½-inch [13-mm]) piece ginger root,
peeled and grated or minced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and grated or
minced
1 heaping teaspoon paprika
