- Pour about a third of the marinade into
a shallow baking dish. Arrange the
tempeh pieces in the dish. Pour another
spoonful or two of marinade over the
tempeh until all pieces are covered. - Let the tempeh marinate for at least 20
minutes and up to 2 hours. - Bake for 20 minutes, flipping each
piece halfway through. Serve over
brown or white basmati rice or as a
filling for a sandwich or wrap. Organic
extra-firm tofu or seitan can be used in
place of the tempeh.
