If you want an even smoother texture,
add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water when
blending.


Try This! Add 1 to 2 tablespoons
Cashew Cream (see recipe on page 65)
for added flavor and richness. A cup of
Cashew Cream (237 mL) mixed with 1
tablespoon of this chutney is a great
substitute for sour cream on a baked
potato. Use a tablespoon of this mixture
over each potato.
