The idea for this chutney was born
when I was asked to make a food
sample for a strawberry festival. Folks
there tasted it, and I was instantly
flooded with requests to bottle it for
them to purchase. I haven’t quite
gotten to that point just yet, but I think
their response indicates that this recipe
is worth a try.
