1 cup (237 mL) unsweetened soy milk
(or other nondairy milk of your
choosing)


1 teaspoon instant coffee


1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon agave
nectar or other sweetener


10 large ice cubes



  1. Combine all the ingredients in a
    regular blender or a more powerful
    blender, such as a Vitamix, and blend
    until smooth and frothy. Serve
    immediately.
