peeled and cut into pieces


1 lime, peeled


1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds


2 cups (474 mL) ice cubes


3 cups (711 mL) water



  1. Combine all the ingredients in a
    blender in the order listed. Blend for at
    least 2 minutes on the highest setting
    until you have a delicious, smooth, and
