1 small beet, washed and trimmed (no
need to peel)


2 tablespoons flax seeds


1 tablespoon chia seeds


2 heaping tablespoons dried goji berries


4–6 almonds (preferably soaked)


2 heaping cups (474 mL) ice



  1. Blend all the ingredients together until
    smooth, preferably in a powerful
    blender, such as a Vitamix. Serve
    immediately and enjoy getting your fruit
