Scanography

• Place objects on top of a photograph and scan it

• Artists arrange objects upon the scanner screen

(sometimes covering these with a layer of paper or

draped fabric) and create a ‘scanogram‘.

• Capture movement in exciting ways as the image is

distorted and stretched as the scanner arm moves
