One of the few things the web cannot do is produce leadership, which
still has to come from individuals who have passion for something. Ev-
ery single person needs to feel they are a part of something special.
People need to feel they are part of an environment where they work and
make human connections. Always be bold in expressing your passion.
At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel they are making a differ-
ence. Passion is contagious not only amongst the team, but to customers
as well. Passion drives purpose. People put faith in those that believe
beyond themselves with a purpose. If the team recognizes that you care
more about the purpose than your personal gain and want to do work
that goes beyond yourself they will enthusiastically want to take part.


A clear purpose will provide the ability to collaborate and connect be-
yond personal desires. This gives everyone something to fight for. Your
job is to constantly communicate the difference you want your orga-
nization to make through your products and service. Trying to please
everyone is a recipe for disaster; focus on building a passion-filled, like-
minded, laser-focused team compared to a bigger team that may have a
few less interested people. When its time to hit the field, a focused and
connected team will always be more powerful than a larger less-focused
group could ever be. Great leaders are constantly sharing a clear bold
vision of the future that their team can fall in love with, and rally their
daily talents around. If you consistently pour out your passion and high-
er purpose so that your team feels they are making a difference, they
will give you their energy, talent, and loyalty.


Like a car with a flat tire, if the team building fails to execute one single
key strategy, they wont get far and the speed of growth will be slow and
bumpy. This sounds simple because it is; the challenge is in sticking
with the discipline to implement all five key strategies to infinite growth.
