John Chin is an investor, real estate coach, and educator. He
is the founder of US Investor Network, which provides a full-
service solution for investors seeking to capitalize on emerging
U.S. markets. His firm provides consultation services, including
project feasibility analysis, income evaluation, renovation over-
sight, and local property management. This “turn key” model enables remote buyers
the ability to safely and passively invest in residential income properties.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, John is a licensed real estate broker with over 17 years of
experience serving commercial and residential investors, both foreign and domestic.
