project. It is true by now you must realize the project is a lifelong project
and you just do not want to be competitive in the market, you also need
to take your project to the next level. Taking my projects to the next lev-
el has always been part of my dream and I believe you would like to do
the same either independently or as a group. The question here is, what
are you doing to take your project above and beyond? For me, I devel-
oped an acronym which has helped me overtime to accomplish most of
my goals and I called it CHIMP, which basically stands for consistency,
honesty, innovation, motivation, and perseverance.
For example, if you are a CEO of a firm or even an ordinary employee,
you are expected to be consistent with your overall performance and in
doing so, your actions have to reflect honesty. In addition, with the use
of innovative ideas you could come up with better and more compelling
strategies that could help your organization accomplish their mission
and purpose, and you have to convince and motivate your co-workers to
share your dreams. By persevering, your goals could be accomplished.
This concept could help you become exceptional in life as well as help
you excel in areas of your life that you need improvement – including
school, business, relationships and so on. The premium lesson here is,
you need to be consistent with your performance to receive exceptional
outcome, and when you establish your performance, more doors will
open for you and it is up to you to decide on which direction you would
like to go.
