Alonzo M. Kelly is President & CEO of Kelly Leadership Group,
LLC. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Alonzo migrated to Wiscon-
sin to attend St. Lawrence Seminary High School. Molded in the
home of a loving grandmother and groomed in an institution of
faith, his passion for service and leadership is unparalleled. He
is the architect behind the first Teen Court Juvenile Correction Program for the state
of Wisconsin, and has extensive leadership experience in the non-profit, healthcare,
and financial industries.
Today he is the founder of Kelly Leadership Group, LLC. Since forming the organiza-
tion in 2009, KLG has served over 1,000 individuals through personal and profes-
sional development, delivered training to a plethora of Fortune 500 companies and
non-profit organizations, and is consistently retained to be the keynote speaker at
large and small events across the country. Kelly is the host of a dynamic live Internet
radio show ‘Leadership; The Way I See It’ that boasted over 10,000 weekly listeners

Alonzo Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Public Ad-
ministration, a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations, and a Mas-
ter’s degree in Business Administration. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity
Incorporated, and has received countless awards for his leadership and service – in-
cluding the United Way Philanthropic Five Award, Central Region Young Professional
of the Year from the National Urban League, and the TRIO Achievement Award.
