we learned that by what Redbox and Netflix did to Blockbuster. I hope
we learned that by what the Internet did to the Travel Industry and the
Stock Brokerage Industry. I hope we learned that by what Amazon did
to Barnes and Noble.
On this day, I decided to be open to new opportunities, to reinvent my-
self, to listen to my clients frustrations, to research the changes that
inflicted itself upon the real estate industry, and to methodically under-
stand what consumers want. To be “Ultimately Successful” you have
to be open to new opportunities and have a burning desire to unequivo-
cally be your personal best. One has to be passionately in the pursuit of
perfecting their craft. If not, you are going to quit. It’s your passion that
becomes the everlasting fuel that drives you thru’ the peaks and val-
leys of your journey. Altering my mindset, my opportunity immediately
presented itself because I was willing to see past my comfort zone. This
fact alone allowed me to conceive an idea that is progressively gain-
ing momentum and national attention with the potential of changing
