Teachers Responsibilities

Teacherscarry serious responsibilitiesandexcellent duties.They are
responsible-beforeGod-foreducating the younggenerationscorrectly
andguaranteeingtheirfuturesothattheywillbetheirfathers’reliefand
their nations’ representatives. Abul-Hassan an-Nadawi says, “I do not
knowatrustmoreresponsible,serious,andinfluentialinthenations’fu-
ture and present than education and teaching are. Any flaw in these
fieldsmayleadthenationtothedeepesthallow,andmayleadtoevan-
escence,degeneracy,andanarchyinmorals,sociology,policy,teaching,
non-religiousness, and atheism. Education is the one and only means
throughwhich the guidanceof the intellectualitiesandmentalities,the
new national establishment, and the excellent future are achieved.”.
Teachersare in charge ofany ideologicalor doctrinalaberrancethat
mayaffectthenation.Theyarealsoresponsibleforanymentalmaturity
andcerebraldiscipliningofpeople. GilbertHytecomparesbetweenthe
professionsofteachingandmedicine.Hemakestheprocessofteaching
moreimportantthanthatofmedicine.Peoplemayleavetheinsufficient
physicians,butthelittlepupilsdonotrealizetheirteachers’negligence,
andfathersdonotaccompanytheirchildrenforexploringtherealstates
of the teachers. Even ifthey do, they would not be ableto realize the
veryrealityoftheteachers’doingtheirjobsproperly.Itiseasyforpeople
toleavetheinsufficientphysicians,whilethelittlepupilscannotchoose
anotherteacher.Therefore,theresponsibilityofteachersismoreserious
thanthat of the physicians..It issaid, “If youwant to seek thereason
beyondapeople’sdevelopment, youshould searchfor theirteachers.”
Aneducationistsays,“Ifwebelievethatthedevelopmentandexpansion
of the children’s intellects, tendencies, and faculties is the school’s re-
sponsibility,theteachingtheyshouldreceivebeforejoiningschoolsmust
bemoreexalted.”.JohnLukebelievesthatthehumanintellectispurely
whitewhenachildcarriesittoschool.Theschoolfillsinitssideswith
human heritage and experiments. This means that the teachers’ pro-
cessesofteachinghavethe greatestpartinthecompositionofpersonal
behaviorsandsupportingwithpotentialsthatareessentialforachieving
good success, noble living, and social true association.
Psychologistsconfirmthatteachersareresponsibleforpromptingthe
educational development.Societies havegiventhe teachersthe trustof
contrivingthechildren’sexpertsandinducingtheirtalentsandinclina-
tions. They are also responsible for managing and guiding such
